Good Afternoon, and let me ask for your grace before I even ask.

I have a support question - if this is not the forum, please direct me to an appropriate location.

 

I have downloaded several songs from this site and have saved them into a MyMusic folder.  In attempting to put those into my iPod, I received an error message stating that these songs from SongTouch were WMA protected and could not be converted to iPod format.  Any ideas?

I have experienced the same thing about the protected songs.  I downloaded audio adrenaline wma and was able to burn a cd but not able to transferred to portable player or any other device.  It was stated that we could transfer music unlimited but it hasn't worked for me.   It wouldn't play on the device i transferred it to.  I guess i should have downloaded mp3 format. 

I actually had to type in musicstore.songtouch.com just to get to the music page

This is a hard site to navigate through.  I wish they would reorganize this site. 

If you msn or google convert wma to mp3 alot of sites come up that have programs to convert back and forth.  By what I see only the ones you have to buy convert protected songs but most have a free trial version.  Hope that helps.
